Document Information

The statement is based on the organization's own observations and tests with accessibility tools including Lighthouse accessibility audits. The statement will be updated when identified accessibility deficiencies are corrected.

Service Accessibility Status

This web service is subject to international accessibility standards including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and the European Accessibility Act where applicable. As a global service, we strive to meet or exceed accessibility requirements across all jurisdictions where we operate.

Our website shows excellent accessibility performance, achieving a score of 90/100 in Lighthouse accessibility audits and passing 23 automated accessibility checks. We have identified specific areas that need improvement and recognize that automated testing covers only part of accessibility requirements.

The goal is for the service to fully meet all applicable international accessibility requirements according to established transition timelines, latest 28.6.2030

Identified Accessibility Issues

Names and Labels

Several elements need clearer identification for assistive technologies:

Missing Alt Attributes: Image elements are missing alt attributes, which prevents screen readers from describing visual content to users. This affects the ability of visually impaired users to understand the purpose and content of images on our website.

Links Without Discernible Names: Some links do not have clear, descriptive names that explain their purpose or destination, making navigation difficult for screen reader users and affecting overall user experience for assistive technology users.

ARIA Implementation

There are minor technical issues with ARIA implementation that need attention:
ARIA ID Uniqueness: Some ARIA IDs are not unique on the page, which can cause confusion for assistive technologies and prevent proper functionality with screen readers and other accessibility tools.

Areas Needing Manual Review

Some accessibility aspects require human testing that automated tools cannot check. This includes whether all interactive elements work well with keyboards, if the page navigation order makes sense for all users, whether content organization is clear and logical, and how well the website works with different assistive technologies.

International Accessibility Law Compliance

In accordance with international accessibility standards and applicable legislation, the following requirements are being addressed:

  • Content and product descriptions must be presented in an accessible format. All content, links, descriptions and technical product information are designed to be accessible to all users.

  • Customer service channels must be accessible. Digital customer service channels are being developed to ensure accessibility for all users.

  • Communication must be delivered in accessible formats. Automatic notifications and customer communications are being designed to be accessible.

Accessibility Development Measures

The accessibility of the service is developed through comprehensive measures.

  • We conduct regular accessibility auditing with automated tools like Lighthouse to monitor our progress. ARIA implementation is being improved to ensure unique IDs and proper functionality with assistive technologies.

  • We are adding alt attributes to all images to provide meaningful descriptions for screen readers, ensuring that visual content is accessible to users with visual impairments. Link descriptions are being enhanced to make them more descriptive and helpful for navigation, ensuring all links have clear, discernible names that explain their purpose and destination.

  • We are conducting manual accessibility testing beyond automated tools to identify issues that machines cannot detect. Keyboard navigation is being tested throughout the website to ensure full accessibility for users who cannot use pointing devices.

  • All interactive features are being verified to work properly with assistive technologies. Content production and development teams are receiving training on international accessibility standards and best practices.
