The colour used was X465 from Tikkurila Feel the Color collection.
The wall was painted with full-matt Tikkurila Blackboard paint, which is easy to apply. Susanna painted the wall three times, that guarantees the best result.
" We decided to go with a really beautiful greyish colour called Malva. It was just right - looks neutral enough compared to the white shades and wood surfaces in the room."
Painting the wall was easy and Susanna did it during the weekend. After a week of drying, it was ok to draw on the surface.
1. CLEAN THE SURFACE
Wash the wall with Tikkurila Maalipesulla.
2. MASK THE WALL
Mask the wall surface with painter's tape.
3. STIR THE PAINT
Stir Liitu paint well before you use it. Use a small brush to paint the edges.
4. PAINT THE SURFACE
Apply Liitu paint twice using a paint roller. Let it try between the treatments. Remove the tape after last treatment before the paint dries. Wash the tools with water or Tikkurila Pensselipesu.
