Strengthens surface

Kivitex Pohjuste strengthens rendered surfaces, it is an excellent primer for priming concrete, lime, lime cement, cement plaster and sand-lime brick surfaces. In order to improve the adhesion of the paint to the surface, use Kivitex Pohjuste as a bonding layer for priming porous, water-absorbing masonry surfaces before painting with silicate paint.

Reduces top coat consumption

Silicate primer unifies the absorbency of the surface and creates a smooth base, which helps to reduce the top coat consumption. The primer enables improved coverage of the finishing paint.

Perfect result with Kivitex top coat

Kivitex Pohjuste provides the ideal base for painting porous concrete and cement plaster surfaces with silicate paint. For perfect result, finish the primed surface with Kivitex top coat, giving the masonry facades protection and a great appearance.
