Pinja Color Plus

A water-borne tintable semi-transparent wood stain. The binder of the product is an acrylate.

• Can be tinted to long-lasting shades due to its completely new base paint with transparent pigments. • The new Super Colors color card contains intensive and warm, ablazing transparent colors. Also available in the shades of the Semi-transparent Wood Finishes color card. • Protects wood from moisture, thus reducing effectively cracking of wood. The product is a perfect solution for wooden claddings and laminated logs in demanding environments. • Twice as long maintenance interval compared to conventional wood stains. The binder is based on alkyd-modified acrylate. The product contains light stabilizer and effective fungicides. Additionally, the new Super Color pigments have superior sunlight resistance. • Listed in the database for building products that can be used in Nordic Swan Ecolabelled buildings. • Environmental product declaration (EPD) in accordance with EN 15804+A2 & ISO 14025 / ISO 21930.

• Recommended for timber cladding, window frames, doors, fencing and other wooden surfaces outdoors. Suitable for planed and sawn wood surfaces and for impregnated and thermally treated wood surfaces. Suitable also for laminated log.

Practical coverage depends on the application method, painting conditions and the shape and roughness of the surface to be coated.
