Paint systems for metal surfaces - ready made solutions

Tikkurila supplies materials and systems which comply with ISO 12944, a global corrosion protection standard. Part 5 of this standard defines protective coating systems for different corrosive environments: C2, C3, C4, C5-I and C5-M. The standard also determines durability ranges, which affects the time to the first major maintenance round: H, M and L.

Tikkurila has paint systems approved according to other standards such as Norsok (Norway), Silko (Finland), Gazprom (Russia), etc.
