Temadur SR 90

A two-component, scratch resistant, high gloss, fast drying polyurethane topcoat.

• Forms a hard, durable, mechanically and scratch resistant paint film. As a flexible product, it withstands mechanical impact and micro deformation of the structure typically met in e.g. agriculture, earth moving and transportation equipment. Therefore Temadur SR 90 helps to prevent imperfections for a long time. • Provides a weather resistant, flawless finish with minimum colour fading over the years. The gloss of the paint film and low haze will ensure an aesthetically pleasing appearance of your asset. • Helps to increase throughput time as the painted objects can be handled and assembled sooner after application. The product helps to maximise the efficiency of production lines saving thus both costs and time. • Can be applied with all common spraying equipment including electrostatic spraying. Therefore Temadur SR 90 is an ideal solution for objects with complicated shapes that are difficult to reach • Forms an easy-to-clean and non-chalking topcoat.

• Recommended especially for original equipment manufacturing, such as agricultural machinery and haulage equipment.

Practical coverage depends on the application method, painting conditions and the shape and roughness of the surface to be coated. Note! The painting work should be performed and supervised according to 12944-7 if not otherwise stated in the respective technical data sheet. Excessive film thickness may result e.g. in cracking, sagging, prolonged drying time, soft film, less chemical resistance, gloss deviation, adhesion and intercoat functionality. In case the product is used otherwise than stated in the standard a written approval from Tikkurila is required.
