Technical information

Product: Wall paint
Location: 2nd floor, office building
Hose: 1/4", 50 meters long
Paint sprayer: Graco Mark V

Step 1

Place the paint sprayer on the same level as Plug & Spray™ box

Step 2

Remove the carboard protecting the valve (it is perforated)

Step 3

Unscrew the blue cap on the valve

Step 4

Connect the spraying system to the adapter and box. Plug & Spray™ works with most standard high-pressure spraying systems using the specially developed adapter that connects the Plug & Spray™

Get the adapter ready. Screw the adapter onto the valve
Make sure the system is tightly connected

Step 5

Install the wringer on top of the box, on the side opposite the outlet. Insert the end of the bag into the wringer. The wringer ensures the maximum amount of product is extracted from the bag.

Step 6

Open the valve to fill the system with paint
Ready to use: the spraying system is connected to the adapter and box:
Turn on the sprayer
Fill the system with paint
Adjust the pressure

Step 7

Spray the product onto the surface according to the Technical Data Sheet. With 500 litres in the box, you can stay on schedule without interruptions.

Note

Plug & Spray is a closed system, which prevents contamination. You can pause your work and continue spraying the next day—or even after the weekend—without issues.
