A groundbreaking new concept that will revolutionise your spray application work.
Plug & Spray™ is a completely new concept developed by PPG to make your daily work as a professional painter as efficient as possible. With Plug & Spray™ you’ll experience a significantly improved workflow, time and cost savings, and a reduction in heavy lifting and awkward working positions – among other benefits.
Product and equipment used in this demonstration:
Paint sprayer: Graco Mark V.
Place the paint sprayer on the same level as Plug & Spray™ box.
Remove the carboard protecting the valve (it is perforated).
Unscrew the blue cap on the valve.
Get the adapter ready. Screw the adapter onto the valve.
Connect the spraying system to the adapter and box. Make sure the system is tightly connected.
Install the wringer on top of the box, on the side opposite the outlet. Insert the end of the bag into the wringer. The wringer ensures the maximum amount of product is extracted from the bag.
Open the valve to fill the system with paint.
Spray the product onto the surface according to the Technical Data Sheet. With 500 litres in the box, you can stay on schedule without interruptions.
Ready to use: the spraying system is connected to the adapter and box: turn on the sprayer, fill the system with paint, and adjust the pressure.
Plug & Spray is a closed system, which prevents contamination. You can pause your work and continue spraying the next day—or even after the weekend—without issues.
When the work is completed, detach the sprayer from the adapter and clean the paint sprayer thoroughly after application.
After use, the bag and box can be separated into cardboard and plastic waste.
