Fontecryl SC-EF 50

A water-borne, one-component fast drying alkyd modified acrylic paint with special anti-corrosive pigments.

• Due to zinc phosphate free nature Fontecryl SC-EF 50 is more environmentally friendly than traditional water-borne corrosion prevention paints. • Can be used as a single-coat paint that forms a tight film with good abrasion resistance. • Excellent sagging resistance, thus enabling a thick paint film to be formed with one application. • Fulfils the requirement of LEED v4 (according to the method accepted for investments realized outside USA), BREEAM, BREEAM-SE and BREEAM-NOR classification system. • Registrated in Basta, Sundahus and Byggvarubedömning. • The M1 classification for low-emitting building materials has been granted by the Finnish Building Information Foundation RTS. • Environmental product declaration (EPD) in accordance with EN 15804+A2 & ISO 14025 / ISO 21930. • The product is also suitable as a topcoat. • Can be tinted to thousands of colors. • Suitable for product painting in metal industry and painting stations. • Drying times can be shortened by using higher temperatures.
