• Due to low viscosity Fontefloor PU Cem Primer penetrates well into substrate. • Adheres well to concrete and secures the adhesion of the subsequent layer. Adhesion to concrete is 2.7 N/mm². • Used as a primer in Fontefloor PU Cem systems.
