Water-borne, recoatable and quick-drying special glazing putty for interior and exterior windows and doors.
Product Features
Interior and exterior window frames. The putty can be painted with, e.g. Unica Akva, Teho Ikkunamaali, Helmi Kalustemaali or Maalarin Valkolakka. Also suitable for filling joints on interior walls and ceilings and for filling small cracks. Can be coated with Tikkurila’s interior wall and ceiling paints.
Recommended Uses
For glazing and filling small cracks and crevices on wood surfaces. Also suitable for glass, paint, PVC and zinc-coated steel surfaces.

For glazing, apply approx. 100 g/m.

The new winds of window glazing
The traditional Pellavaöljykitti (Linseed Oil Putty) has been joined by modern waterborne Presto Window Putty. Presto Window Putty is ideal for glazing windows and other glass.
Topcoat with paint
The topcoat can be applied using either waterborne or solvent-borne products. Unica Akva or Teho Window Paint, for instance, can be used outdoors. Indoors, the topcoat is applied using an appropriate Tikkurila paint.
Easy to apply
Presto Window Putty dries quickly. It is surface-dry in just 1–2 hours. The Window Putty is recoatable no earlier than 8 hours after application.
