Marble Effect offers countless opportunities to transform the appearance of any public space. Combining two colours results in a luxurious, realistic marble finish with unique surface patterns.
Instructions – two-day system
Day 1. Prime the floor
Prime the floor with Temafloor 402M according to the instructions in the product data sheet.
Day 2. Apply a basecoat
Apply Temafloor 500M as a basecoat according to the instructions in the product data sheet.
Prepare the decorative mix
Prepare the decorative mix in the same way as the basecoat and apply immediately, not more than 20 minutes after applying the basecoat.
Pour the decorative mix
Wear spiked shoes when walking on the fresh base coat. Pour the decorative mix to match the chosen design, e.g. using a watering can equipped with a narrow spout (Ꝋ ~10 mm). It is easiest to decorate in sections, for example applying 20–30 m2 of basecoat and decorating it before moving on to the next section.
