Product Features
Suitable for iron, aluminum, zinc, galvanized surfaces, plastisol plates, polyester and alkyd surfaces. Can be used without a primer. Not suitable for maintenace painting of PVDF treated roofs. The product is also suitable for maintenance painting of metal surfaces painted with solventborne or waterborne metal roof paints. Can be used without a primer.
Recommended Uses
Roofs and metal structures.
Technical Information
5 m²/l (200 μm wet film/ 80 μm dry film). If the substrate is in a good condition and only needs a touch up, 1 layer is sufficient. Otherwise apply two layers with total coverage of 2,5 m²/l, (400 μm wet film/ 160 μm dry film). The practical spreading rate depends on application method, form and surface of the material.

Effective protection against corrosion
Isoxyde is used as protection against or prevention of corrosion and rust on metal roofs and structures. The high content of corrosion protecting pigments ensures an effective protection.
High covering weather resistance
Isoxyde can be applied with a layer thickness of up to 400 µm without any risk of running paint. It cures fully within short time and it is very elastic ensuring that it will not crack when applied in high layer thicknesses. The surface is weather stable – freeze-thaw resistant.
Wide range of ready made shades
Isoxyde has wide range of ready-made-shades including the most popular roof colors: Anthracite Dark Grey, Anthracite Grey, Black, Light Grey, Dark Brown, Oxide Red and Tile red.
