Metal Primer WB

Water-borne anti-corrosion primer with good adhesion abilities.

Metal Primer WB allows the use of Isonite and Rubber on metal roofs. Metal Primer WB always has to be coated with Isonit or Rubber.

Suitable for sheet metal roofs and old roof plates coated with plastisol.

8 m²/l (120 μm wet film/ 45 μm dry film). The practical spreading rate depends on application method, form and surface of the material.

Waterborne

The temperature must be between +8°C and +30°C and relative humidity <85 % RH.

First coat:

Stir Metal Primer WB well before use. Apply with a brush, roller or airless spray (nozzles 19 – 21, 180 - 220 bar). Use unthinned. If necessary, the product can be thinned with water max. 5 %. Always make a test coat to ensure the compatibility of product and surface.
