Coating systems such as Temafloor 4000 offer outstanding durability for floors that are subject to extremely heavy use, while Temafloor 5000M is a low-emission, M1-classified product that cures to a tough, durable finish.
Warehouse floors must also be resistant to chemical stress from cleaning fluids and chemical spills. For warehouses that are storing flammable or explosive materials, Temafloor 4000 ESD is an electrostatic dissipative (ESD) conductive system that reduces the risk of static electricity build up. Tikkurila provides incredibly durable, seamless, non-cracking coating solutions, ensuring a longer service life for floors.
Quick to install with a range of finishes
In busy warehouses there’s no time to wait for slow-drying coatings to cure. Tikkurila’s floor coatings for warehouses can be installed overnight so that the warehouse can be fully operational in the morning.
The self-levelling properties ensure the finished surface is level so that fork-lift trucks and other equipment can run smoothly, with several different properties also available to increase safety including anti-static, non-slip and afterglow coatings. For an even quicker finish, Temafloor AC products cure in just two hours even at low temperatures, and the whole system is applicable in one working day. This floor system offers excellent resistance to mechanical stress.
